Headed up by Richard Fisk and Kevin Wrathall this BSFT team is experienced
in all aspects of snacking food production from product and process
development, process engineering, plant installation and commissioning,
packaging and packaging development, managing product quality and
costs through to consumer research and marketing and launch. Full
feasibility studies undertaken.
Richard and Kevin are “hands-on” Food
Technologists with over 50 years combined experience
of Product and Process Development
with leading brand snack food companies in UK but also including
experience in USA, Western Europe, Mexico, and Australia and supported
by other BSFT experts experienced in India, Russia, Central America,
Central and SE Asia. They have participated in launch of a number
of major new branded snack products and have recently developed
independently snacks for licensed sale to International Snack companies
Experienced in all major snack food technologies, extrusion, baking,
frying, drying and flavouring and the major snacks categories of
potato crisps (chips), fabricated snacks and nut snack lines.
Very experienced at organising complete novel snack projects from
brainstorm to prototypes through to factory trials and launch.
An experienced team of project engineers, nutritionists, market
developers, quality and HACCP experts in snacking food technologies
support them.
